Architectural Review

Architectural Review (ARC) applications should be submitted to Teidah Pang at Avalon Management: (951)746-6752 / Arc@AvalonWeb.com for processing and approval. You may also submit your paperwork through the "My Account" portal online. 

All requests must be submitted PRIOR to starting your projects. Work can NOT begin before you receive approval from the Board for anything that will be visible from the street, which includes painting, roofs, garage doors, driveways, windows, fences, landscaping, etc.
