About Us

On behalf of the Valle Hermosa Homeowners Association Board of Directors, we welcome you to our diverse community, where you will find a range of social and ethnic backgrounds; owner-occupied and rental residents. Over the coming months we look forward to meeting you, whether it be walking down the streets, or at a community activity such as our open board meetings.

The operation of your homeowners association is governed by a board of volunteer directors. The five Board members are elected on a yearly basis by the community. The Board directs our management company, who is responsible for overseeing the daily functions and financial responsibilities of the Association, and for maintaining member compliance with the established Rules and Regulations. Please take the time to read through the Declarations and Bylaws you received during the home purchase process. Copies are also available on this website.

This website has been created to bring convenience, accessibility to information, and management efficiency to our community association members and residents. The newsletter, CC&Rs, Bylaws, Architectural Applications, and information on our property management company, Avalon Management Group, can be found here. You will also find a link to the My Account portal, where payments can be made online. Please take a few minutes to visit and familiarize yourself with these resources, and get to know your community. The website provides ready answers to most of the questions homeowners have.

Avalon Management should be contacted regarding any issues in regards to architectural improvements, violations of Rules and Regulations, and for any questions about your homeowner dues and assessments. All other issues not related to the HOA should be directed to the City of Hemet, or the Police Dept., as appropriate, for immediate resolution.

As a homeowner, you may already have some ideas on how you’d like to improve your property. Please keep in mind, the Association has an Architectural Review Committee to help maintain the quality of our neighborhood. Its function is to evaluate the plans for all exterior landscaping, repairs, and remodeling (such as painting, patios, fences, trees and bushes, replacement roofs, etc.) in order to ensure compliance with all covenants, restrictions and guidelines. The purpose of this review is to protect our scenic environment and maintain the value of our homes. Modifications to the exterior of your home and property must be submitted to the Architectural Control Committee for approval before any work begins. If work is started without prior approval, the homeowner may be required to alter or remove the changes.

Again, welcome to the Valle Hermosa community! We know you’ll find this neighborhood a great place to live, and we encourage your participation in our activities and functions.

Sincerely,

The Board of Directors
